Whatnot and the live auction platforms got their own category, free to read, with seven playbook steps and the trap written on each one. Step two carries a show math calculator that runs the whole fee stack: 8% to the platform and 5% on electronics, 2.9% plus 30 cents an order to the processor, then shipping, a packer, and promo. It reproduces my own March 2026 shows exactly. About $644 gross on 215 orders, and what was left once every line was counted ran between $11 and $50, because the average order was $3. That number is the reason the category exists. Ten lessons went in alongside it.
Cash out had five lessons and needed a great deal more. It has eighteen now, built on real research instead of a rewrite of what everyone else already posts.
Members can message each other directly, start groups and send photos, all built in house rather than pointing you at another platform.
Notifications got fixed in the same week, and the honest version is that they were broken. Every notification in the product reached nobody by default, and a password reset was telling people a code had been sent when none had. Both are fixed, and you can send yourself a test push to confirm it works on your own phone.
Premium at $99 stopped being a slightly better Founding and became exactly two things: a written read on any deal you post in the Deal Review room, back inside one business day, and one live group call a month. That is the entire promise, and it is deliberately small enough that I can keep it. Anything past that is the Engine Program, which is one on one.
Drops changed in the same pass. A drop has to carry a number to publish, and its window now closes on its own instead of sitting open long after the deal is gone.
Published eight cheatsheets, free and with no account: pallet contracts, Amazon ungating invoices, supplier vetting, electronics sourcing, unit economics, the Shopify app math, buying groups, and the checks to run before buying a token. Each one names its sources and publishes what could not be verified instead of repeating it.
Crypto gained a fifth step, the pre buy checks: supply concentration, bundled buys, deployer history, tax and sellability, liquidity and the social layer. The category taught judgement and had no tooling in it until now.
Lesson bodies now live behind the free account instead of shipping in the public page's data file. Same content, same price of zero, one signup in the way. Founding also stopped being sold a course library that everyone gets free.
We post our own tracked positions. Every call has to name the level that makes it wrong before it goes up, closing one records the exit price and time, and results are in R so a win and a loss compare directly. Under twenty closed calls the board says the sample means nothing rather than dressing up a small number. All of it enforced in the database, not in the interface.
Filled the empty courses, grouped every lesson under a module, took the thin ones up to depth, and added sales and AI agency. Then removed the paywall from all of it: the only gate on the written material is a free membership.
Chat, direct messages, events, notifications, moderation and multiple admins, plus voice, video and screen share for free members. Profiles and a first run that actually asks what you are here for.
A source registry with a parser and a quality gate, so nothing reaches the feed without passing review first. The Cash-Out Desk became a tracked category, with the app deliberately never touching anyone's money.
Put the maths directly under the step that tells you to do it, instead of in a separate tools page nobody opens.
A full course rather than a stub, with the rules and the traps, and no profit promises attached to any of it.
Progress became visible, and the payment loop went live end to end.
